SOLAR HITS wants you to be completely happy with your order. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, no worries, we will gladly accept the return of new and undamaged merchandise by mail within 15 days from delivery date. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please do not remove the tag and contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition, in other words, there are no scratches, marks and blemishes on the product, and should include original packaging and tags attached. They must be accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, otherwise the return can be refused or you will be charged a restock fee depending on the condition.

The buyer is responsible to send the product back. Once we receive the product, it will be reviewed and inspected and your refund/replacement will be processed. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days. If the buyer prefers to receive a replacement product, the product will be shipped as soon as we receive the defective product back.
Please note: Items sent to any address outside the United States are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Delivery problems: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Solar Paver Light Product. Once we receive the package back, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee.
